This policy governs use of our Application-to-Person (A2P) messaging services, including SMS and MMS, in compliance with carrier requirements and industry standards such as CTIA guidelines.

a. Consent and Opt-In

BOOST is committed to permission-based messaging and will not send A2P messages without express prior consent.

• Obtaining Consent: Consent must be explicit for the specific message type and may be provided through a web form, written authorization, or a keyword texted to a designated number.
• Proof of Consent: We maintain records of user consent.

b. User Opt-Out

• Standard Opt-Out: Users can opt out by replying STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT.

• Message frequency is disclosed at opt-in and is not excessive.
