Cohort programs are Boost Academy's core delivery format. Small groups, capped at 15 operators, implement real systems in their own businesses during the program rather than collecting theory for later.
The format combines short concept delivery, live implementation demos, and supervised build time in each session. Between sessions, participants complete assignment work and run accountability check-ins to keep progress active.
At program end, participants present complete systems in peer review. This creates a hard completion deadline and cross-industry insight exchange that self-paced and large-group formats cannot replicate.
Current tracks include the flagship Growth Architecture Cohort, AI Implementation Intensive, and Sales System Sprint, each with different depth and timeline but the same build-while-learning principle.
Cohorts create implementation readiness across teams, often serving as a bridge between Academy learning and Agency, Labs, or Consulting execution support.
Participants graduate with live systems, stronger execution cadence, and improved operational clarity. Completion rates and real deployment are materially higher than self-paced education models.
Cohorts translate training into executed systems, reducing the gap between knowledge and measurable change.
